Arnaud Vanderbeken
The US operations of the group were set up by Arnaud Vanderbeken. As Managing Director, he is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, financing, and disposition of the company’s assets in the region. In addition, he manages the daily operations of the local office. With a background in real estate, Arnaud brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked at SL Green Realty Corp. and the Capital Markets team of Newmark Knight Frank.
In addition to his role at Search 4 Alpha, Arnaud is also an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University, where he teaches a Real Estate Technology course to Bachelor and MBA students. The course focuses on financial modeling and Argus Enterprise, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
